Live Online Videos
Classes are taught 100% online and by live video with slide presentations. ALL videos are recorded and posted in class, so you do not have to be present at the time of my video call.
Live Q+A with Roni
Students can ask questions via comment within the class at anytime. However, in each class, there are scheduled live Q+A calls where I’ll answer questions live. Don’t worry, fellow introverts, you’ll never be on video—unless you volunteer for one of the character-building calls in the beginner class.
Printable lectures
As writers, we are obviously fans of the written word, and I’ve found that many of us learn best by reading and making notes. Therefore, in addition to the presentations, most courses include printable lectures.
Student-Only Facebook Group
You’re not required to have a Facebook account, but for those who do, there are private Facebook groups for each class. You can mingle with me, each other, and alumni. This is a great resource for finding critique partners and beta readers! These groups stay open after class is done so it’s an ongoing resource.
No Special Equipment Needed
Everything you need is online. Video calls are done through the Zoom website. The class itself is hosted on the Teachable website. Everything is very user-friendly and requires no additional fees.
No Time Limit to Finish
Though I encourage everyone to schedule time to take the class so that you don’t forget about it, there is no time limit. You will continue to have access to the class as long as I am using the current platforms to teach them. (If I ever make a change, I will notify everyone ahead of time so you can download the content.)
